For those who order our rare harvest products, we add a personal touch by crafting a custom box engraved with your name. This process takes a bit longer, but we believe the wait is worth it. We appreciate your patience as we create something truly special just for you.

We handle all shipping directly from Nepal or the USA, depending on your order size. With fulfillment centers in both locations, we ensure every shipment is carefully prepared, securely packed, and dispatched from Nepal, where the magic happens.

As soon as your order leaves our store, you’ll receive an email notification. We estimate that your Mad Honey will arrive at your doorstep within 7-15 working days, depending on your location. Please note that minor delays may occur over weekends.

Important Reminder: To avoid any delivery issues, please refrain from using a PO Box number when filling out your order form, as we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
