At Strong Mad Honey, your satisfaction and trust mean everything to us. Each jar of our honey is carefully packed and shipped with the highest quality standards from Nepal’s Himalayan regions. However, we understand that unforeseen issues may occur during transit or upon delivery. Our return and refund policy ensures a smooth and transparent resolution process for all our customers worldwide.
Eligibility for Returns or Replacements
We will gladly resend or offer a suitable resolution if any of the following occur:
The jar is damaged or leaking during transit.
The product is lost in transit or never arrives.
The shipment is held in customs for an extended period and returned to us.
You experience no perceived effect from the honey (applicable only after verified use and product authenticity review).
Conditions for Return & Refund
To process a return or refund:
Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
Share clear photos and a short video showing the product issue or packaging damage.
Our team will verify and confirm the claim within 2 working days.
Once approved, we will either resend the same product or issue a refund (depending on your choice and situation).
Reshipping & Refund Terms
Free reshipping applies for cases where the product is damaged, lost, or held by customs.
For cases involving incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or customer refusal, reshipping charges will apply.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will not include shipping fees unless the issue is caused by us.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement by contacting our support team.
Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Address Changes
Address changes must be requested within 12 hours of order placement.
After dispatch, any address correction or re-shipping will incur an additional fee.
Shipping Damages or Leaks
All shipments are handled with care; however, if your jar arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us immediately.
We will promptly send a replacement at no extra charge.
Customs & Import Duties
International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, or VAT imposed by their respective countries.
These charges are not included in the product price and are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our product, returns are not accepted for opened or used jars unless there is proven quality or transit issue.
