Shipping Policy
We ship authentic Himalayan Mad Honey directly from Nepal to customers across the globe, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and beyond. Every order is carefully hand-packaged to preserve the raw quality of your honey, sealed for freshness, and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays in Nepal will begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery Timelines
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a full tracking link so you can monitor your delivery at every step. Estimated delivery times after dispatch: Most US customers receive their order within 7–12 business days. UK and EU deliveries typically arrive within 7–10 business days. Delivery times to other regions vary by destination and customs processing, generally between 7–15 business days. Please note these are estimates; actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or local courier delays outside our control.

We ship globally using reliable international courier services such as DHL, Aramex, and FedEx to ensure secure and trackable delivery to every destination.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement by contacting our support team.
Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Address Changes
Address changes must be requested within 12 hours of order placement.
After dispatch, any address correction or re-shipping will incur an additional fee.
Shipping Damages or Leaks
All shipments are handled with care; however, if your jar arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us immediately.
We will promptly send a replacement at no extra charge.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
Customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your country’s customs authority. These charges are separate from your order total and are not collected by Strong Mad Honey at checkout.
Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Orders
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged for any reason, our support team will resolve it immediately — that is our delivery promise to every customer, in every country. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) with your order number and, if applicable, photo or video proof of damage, so we can process a replacement or refund promptly
